This home will take your vacation to the next level. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is the perfect amount of space to make you and your guests feel right at home. This beautiful home is the definition of cozy with warm colors and leather furniture in the living room. The 60” TV also provides the perfect place for family movie nights on vacation. Head into the kitchen where the granite countertops, updated appliances and upgraded cabinets make this home feel open and luxurious. Whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal in this kitchen and enjoy these meals in the dining room, breakfast nook or breakfast bar. The perfectly decorated rooms in this home give everyone in your party their own slice of comfort for your vacation. This home will sleep up to 9 guests perfectly. One feature of this home that provides family fun is the game room. Ping pong, billiards and foosball provide hours of endless entertainment. Not only that, but this home’s pool will allow you and your guests to soak up the Florida sun all day long. Staying here gives you all the conveniences of home including a washer and dryer, WiFI!

There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.

Windsor Palms has a 7,500 square feet clubhouse containing a convenience store and comfortable lounge area. It has a fully equipped fitness room, and a games room with table tennis, pool tables, and arcade games. In addition to that wonderful array of facilities it even has it's very own 58 seat on-site cinema. A shuttle (small fee) to the major parks runs daily for those not wishing to drive. The more energetic guests will appreciate the convenience of two on-site tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. The wonderful range of on-site activities is completed by a children's play area plus there is also a picnic and barbecue area.
