The bright open concept home has a comfortable living area with high vaulted ceiling and wall mounted 75 inch flat screen TV. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar (seats 2). And if additionl room is needed, you can seat 4 more at the adjoining Breakfast Nook.

The spacious ground floor Primary suite has a large TV and large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large tub, and walk-in shower. A gallery landing leads to four additional upstairs bedrooms, three with queen beds and flat screen TVs. The remaining bedroom is a Twin/Twin, and there are 2 full upstairs bathrooms.

Unwind in the outdoor private swimming pool with spill-over spa, flat-screened TV under a covered lanai. There is a patio seating area that seats 6 and there are loungers out by the pool. An additional half bathroom is located outside - right off the lanai for your convenience.
