Not all units have golf course views but those without have wooded or private rear views across the conservation area. The resort is popular with holidaymakers looking for spacious accommodation with privacy afforded by a swimming pool and, while intending to spend most days at the parks or on the golf course, wish to relax in the evenings. Unlike most other resorts in Orlando Highlands Reserve homes enjoy generous plots ensuring homes are not oppressively close to each other.
Enter the resort through Highlands Reserve community through Highlands Reserve Blvd off US27. After a short drive you’ll find the clubhouse on your right. The resort is of reasonable size and homes are built around the golf course. One big advantage of staying at Highlands Reserve is a large Publix supermarket is within walking distance of all homes on the resort. Further shops and restaurants can be found alongside the supermarket at Berry Town Centre.
The resort is based around a championship standard 18 hole par 72 golf course. The clubhouse is centrally located within the resort and provides bar snacks and drinks. Also available in the resort is golf coaching, a driving range and practice greens. The community swimming pool is located centrally as you enter the resort through Highlands Reserve Blvd on the left before you reach the clubhouse. The pool is ideal for families and can also be used for lap swimming.
